Being a service orientated organization, SoCal Mountain Guides takes your privacy and personal information very seriously. No persaonl data or information is given or sold to any organization. All data and information is kept under close watch of SCMG at all times. Likewise, though it is important for us to know about your physical conditioning and personal health, this information is only relayed to SCMG staff, employees, or personel who need to know such as our logistics and food coordinator, your trip guides, and possibly our medical advisor. Forms and papers with personal information which is no longer needed will be shredded at the earliest opportunity following a trip or the cancellation of a trip.
