SoCal Mountain Guides (SCMG) operates to lead people to meaningful connections with other people, the great outdoors, and themselves through rock climbing, rappelling, and mountaineering.

SCMG philosophy is that small groups of people have a better time together, learn more skills, and have more opportunities to master skills. For this reason, our groups are kept between 6-8 people and our client to guide ratio is kept high.

1. To teach basic and introductory rock climbing skills.
2. To teach intermediate and advanced climbing skills.
3. To teach anchor and rescue techniques
4. To teach mountaineering and alpine rock climbing techniques.
